Average 6.6%. Reconditioning has increased abundance of steelhead on the spawning grounds. Direct and anecdotal evidence (e.g., ultrasound images of kelt gonads, radio-tagged kelts video-taped constructing and guarding redds, radio-telemetry results overlap with redds from spawner surveys, and reconditioned females leaking eggs at Roza) of re-maturation and spawning.
