We developed an empirically-based deterministic population model to evaluate the effects of habitat conditions on abundance and distribution of sympatric resident and anadromous O. mykiss. Model components can be divided into size main categories including carrying capacity, juvenile life-history response, growth, genetics, fecundity, and survival.
